David Anguiano is a trial attorney with extensive experience in front of a jury. He advocates for people facing criminal charges and also represents individuals and families when they have been injured, or have lost a loved one, due to someone else’s negligence.

He started his law career focused on advocating for his client in front of a judge and jury. Before becoming a licensed lawyer, he argued his first first jury trial — he was still a law student! He went on to do several more jury trials as a certified law student. After being sworn in as a lawyer, he continued non-stop litigation in courtrooms. Within just a couple of years, he completed more than 20 jury trials, most of which involved serious felonies.

David comes from a family of lawyers. However, the foundation to his courtroom presence started in law school. He was a nationwide mock trial competitor, ranking as a national semifinalist in competitions, and competing throughout the country. He graduated from McGeorge School of Law, which is constantly ranked in the top 10 law schools for Trial Advocacy. David graduated with honors and a concentration in Trial and Appellate Advocacy.

At the University of Southern California, David received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. While at USC, he completed an academic minor in Entrepreneurship. His non-academic time was spent at the football stadium rooting for the Trojans to beat UCLA. Now, his leisure time still consists of watching sports, with the occasional outdoors fishing and hunting trip.

David is also an active member of the Sacramento Bar Association, the California Public Defenders Association, and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He also teaches Superior Court Judges throughout California as a frequent guest speaker in the Juvenile Justice Orientation courses organized by the Center for Judicial Education and Research (CJERS).
